Hi,

Thanks for your great product, been using it for years on several machines. All versions of Eden have failed to playback LiveTV streams from DVBViewer recording services. Hoped it would get fixed but still present in release 11.0 beta1.
If I uninstall and reinstall 10.1 it working perfectly.

Setup:
DVBViewer is used as TV server for DVB-T and XBMC can stream the channels over UPnP.
XBMC\Videos\UPnP add the container from DVBServer.
A few channels is working
From the log the first channel "DR 1" worked.
After trying another channel it failed, and afterwards all channels fails until XBMC is closed.

Channels that always fails and get all other channels to fails are for example: "TV2 (Østjylland)"
This contain a special danish character, maybe related to this?

Not related to special characters, happen on all channels

Tried to two different machines, same result.
Reverted back to 10.1 for now

No one else having problems with UPNP and 11.0?

Now back to 10.1 and runs perfect, only missing de-interlacing when using DVXA

Other observations using 11.0
- Browse SMB shares often fails, can't find any (never been a problem with 10.x)
- Movie scrapper report connection failed, same scraper on same machine always works with 10.1 (change to imdb on 11.0 often works)

Yes i have these problems to with eden
but i see there is a ticket created for this

great, let us hope it will get fixed before release of Eden - else it will be no go for me

This bug is still not fixed, its a shame, installed under linux and windows version 10 and it works but if i install eden from build 1 to now is still not working, cannot play file.

So bug is now a year old but they wont or will not fix it.


There is a new version of dvb rec service online @ dvbviewer member section, i will try it meaby this will fix it.
New dvb rec also same problem.

Nope still not working with DVBViewer Recording Service 1.9.3
But this is a issue with XBMC.

Yes!!

Now it+s working after DVBViewer Recording Service last update 1.9.4.0

Fix: UPnP/LiveTV: The UPnP channel entries didn't have unique IDs. This caused problems with the new version of XBMC.

How do you do a quick channel list in XBMC ?

I can add the channels to favourites but how do i access that quickly ?
