I couldn't find a decent keyboard controlled application launcher so I wrote one with http://www.autoitscript.com.
Functionally it works perfect. (Esc exits)
I am working on getting it a little more polished as I want the contrast of the highlighted button to be more pronounced. And to select the first button you have to move off of it and back before hitting Enter. I am working on both of those but thought I would share since I know some have been looking for something better than what is out there.
