In my case it had to do with linking the NAS using UPnP which apparentl yisn't supported properly. If you using upnon as well, try SMB or NFS. For me that fixed the issue.
**Problem Solved**
I was connected to my Synology NAS via UPnP. I removed those sources and reconnected to the same folders via AFP using Zeroconf Browser and now everything works perfectly ... thanks guys ;-)
