ATV2 with Seas0npass JB
I get a continual problem when trying to update from Dharma to Eden where it reports:
"E: The package cydia needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it."
No one on this site has offered any help to resolve the matter so I am contemplating reinstalling.
Can someone talk me through the reinstall - is it just a matter of reinstalling Seas0npass or do I have to save config files and Appdata first.
Assistance greatly appreciated.

I installed it like this :

I restarted from scratch. I re-jailbreaked it. And did a ssh-session with the following below (which installs the xbmc with the latest eden, version 11). Everything works fine now. Thank you for the assitance.

apt-get install wget

wget -O- http://apt.awkwardtv.org/awkwardtv.pub | apt-key add -

echo "deb http://apt.awkwardtv.org/ stable main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/awkwardtv.list

echo "deb http://mirrors.xbmc.org/apt/atv2 ./" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/xbmc.list

apt-get update

apt-get install org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2

reboot
