Other file formats play perfectly. Will get choppy play for VOB, m4v, mp4 and sometimes avi? Anyone else? Is there a fix?

If your avis are in HD: HD XviD is not supported and probably never will be, SD XviD should be ok, for VOB you can try to set Deinterlace to "Off", i did not test the other formats. Best would be to get the media info for the affected files and post them here.
