Hello there.
I just recently discovered XBMC through a friend and instantly knew, that I wanted it too. I had some minor issues with setup etc. but nothing, I couldn't sort out with the online manual … except for one major problem.

If I run XBMC in fullscreen and playback a video, the image will freeze. Sound is still playing but neither key commands would work nor am I seeing a cursor. I searched through this forum and came up with some similar, but not exactly same problems. So I tried turning of GPU acceleration, deleting additional users in Lion, etc. the only thing I found out, while trying to reproduce the freeze in windowed mode was, that it only happens in fullscreen mode.

All the files are working fine, while watching them with vlc or quicktime player (with perian) and only freeze in xbmc.

It may has something to do with my rather unusual setup. I run a Mac Pro (1,1), Dual-Core Intel Xeon, 2.66 GHz with a ATI Radeon HD 5770, 7 GB Ram and OS X Lion 10.7.2 but am not sure if it is so.

Try XBMC v11 (Eden) Beta 1: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/releases/osx/xbm...a1-x86.dmg

If that doesn't fix the problem then post another xbmc.log file, but make sure that debugging is turned on in XBMC -> settings -> system -> debugging
