Hi folks,

Hoping someone out there may be able to help me.

Got an iPad 1 and iPhone 4 both running JB 5.01 and whenever I try to play a video file on either device using XBMC (I've tried all versions of 10) the device will hard reset (both will do it).

It looks like it is happening as soon as it is trying to cache a thumbnail of the file and it doesn't matter if the video file is local to the device or on a network share.

Anyone seen this before?

read faq, the standard and expected way to get help involves xbmc.log, syslog and crashreporter log.

Well did a hard reset of IOS 5.01 on the iPad and had the same problem again.

Did the same again and it's working now.

Weird.
