I just installed XBMC on mine using the instructions on the wiki.

The jailbreak can be downloaded from this mirror of greenpois0n's site. I'm guessing his site got slammed.

EDIT: Eden B2 from the official repo works fine on iPad 2 iOS 5.0.1!
