I just installed XBMC version 10.1 and I'm having trouble getting it to play music files. The problem is repeatable. I launch XBMC, navigate to a file, press play, and it crashes--every time.
XBMC version: 10.1
Operating System: Windows XP Media Center Edition, Service Pack 3
CPU: AMD Athlon Dual Core 4850e (2.5 GHz, 64-bit)
RAM: 3.37 GB
Video card: ATI Radeon X1200 (driver version 8.512.0.0)
Resolution: 1136x652 60Hz 32-bit color
Sound card: Turtle Beach Montego DDL (driver version 5.12.1.8)
Sound output: S/PDIF (optical) 44.1 kHz stereo
Remote control: eData DEC-200B
Steps to produce this error log:
1. Launch XBMC
2. Go to Music
3. Go to Genres
4. Go to Video Game Soundtrack
5. Go to Capcom
6. Go to Mega Man 2
7. Highlight the first file and press OK. XBMC crashes.
Debug log: http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/811667/
Media Info: http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/811679/
EDIT: I forgot to mention, this file is located on the local hard drive (NTFS) if that makes any difference.
