Don`t want to get kicked out of the forum, but I have to ask for help.
My girlfriend is about to kill me I think. Because it`s not working.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Hi, again.

I`ll try here once more. I hope someone can please help me, this is really frustrating.
Some DVDs work, but for the most, if I say 8 out of 10 don`t work.

Her is my log: http://pastebin.com/TiFdyZkk

Hope there is some info that is possible to guide me in the right direction.

Kindly

Petter

It looks as if libdvdnav is failing to read the DVD structure. Line 488 in your log shows the error:

Code:
INFO:   msg: libdvdnav: Unable to find map file 'RIVE=C:/.dvdnav/CDROOT.map'

and I think this indicates a problem reading the DVD. Is this a standard commercial DVD? If so maybe there is some unhappy interaction between libdvdnav and whatever model of DVD player you're using.

It`s an burned DVD, but what I think is strange is that the DVD plays fine in normal DVD player and in Windows MP.

But the problem also happens on original DVDs.

I son`t know why "RIVE=C:-->" is pointing to C: when the DVD player is I:

I will try some more DVDs to check the problem further.

Thanks for the help so long.
