So I had a few issues and I swapped some drives around. I need to empty the library out and clean library does not remove the entries. It still thinks one whole hard drive is still there.

You can just select the path and "change content" to none.

go to:

%APPDATA%\XBMC\userdata\Database

and delete the database you wish to remove

Specifically, press Windows-R and in the Run dialog type:

"%APPDATA%\XBMC\userdata\Database"

(including the quotes in case your username has a space in it) and click OK. You can just delete the Database folder to clear all the databases. XBMC will create new empty databases the next time it runs.
