xbox belongs to family instead of personal. sometimes i thought if i can use the xbmc to share something with ppt format with my families, that would be great. as i know the openoffice is open source codes. is there anybody interesting to develop the viewer for ppt files ? after then, xbox is enriched and empowered with the feature of multimedia presentation.

for f**k sake! :bomb: for the last time; xbmc is a video and audio player, not a whole bl**dy operating-system, (run xbox-linux if you want that).
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first.

why would anyone want to see a ppt on a media player? thats silly.

what we really need is a word processor for xbmc! now
that we can hook up a usb keyboard to the xbox wouldnt it be
great to be able to type something like a new project proposal
on it and be able to email it to your address book at work?

actually my phone has a usb connector on it too... is it possible
yet to hook it up to xbmc and have it sync the phonebook with
a backup on the hard drive? and then be able to chat with your
aim buddies you have stored on the phone too of course.

ohh and could you have a calculator widget pop-up when i click
the left thumbstick? sometimes i order pizza on the phone and
want to be able to figure out how much i should tip the delivery
guy without having to use the calculator on my phone.

wow i came up with soo many great ideas! i guess you guys are
really glad i post on this message board, right? thanks so
much! i'm so excited.

ps: im leaving on vacation in july so can you put this stuff in
before then so i can see it before i go?
