I screwed it up, so I'm searching for the default file, but can't find it on the net, which is pretty weird! Or maybe I'm just blind

Anyway, can somebody point me in the right direction please?

See http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Mod...yboard.xml. You should never modify the system keyboard.xml. Create a new keyboard.xml in your userdata folder with the mappings you want to add or override. On http://xbmcmce.sourceforge.net/ is an applet called KeyMapEdit to manage keyboard mapping files.
