Can any one tell me what the minimum PSU size is required for this board . as i am after a mini-ITX case and the majority of them have around 60W psu's...
Is this enough?

Yes, that is more then anough. The Asus E45M1-I DELUXE uses with HDD (5 Watt) 24-30 watt maximum. So 60 Watt should be more then enough.
