I'm a new user of xbmc and htpc in general and loving it but i have a niggle that does my head in and want to know if it can do anything about it. I have ripped some albums to my drive including sound tracks but i've noticed when i go into artists it puts the artists down that are in the sound tracks i suppose this can't be helped. Also when i have a album, say mariah carey and she sang against all odds with westlife it seems to put westlife in the artist list. Can this be changed.

There's a switch to disable the showing of compilation-only artists (settings->music->library).
