Concept Art - XBMC Controller for iOS and Android
#1
Lightbulb
Hi,

I've just create this concept art.
This is the way I would like to be able to remotely control my XBMC.
I would like to know, by sharing this, what the XBMC community think about my idea.
I would also like, if possible, to get in touch with someone who would like to make this application possible.
I have moderate knowledge about programming but I'm really good in creating great GUI.
So, anyway, here is my concept, feel free to tell me what you think ! Smile

Very nice.

Have you thought about designing a skin for XBMC?

It looks really nice. My only concern would be that some of the buttons may be a bit small thus causing navigation troubles (aiming for one button and accidentally pressing another, etc). Still, the overall look is definitely fresh. Nicely done.

I've also thought about that, maybe the submenu should appear when we click on the menu (Replace the current menu by the submenu, which would be bigger)

The Play/Pause/Stop/Back/Next could also be a bit bigger.

Thanks for the comment !

It looks awesome, and just a thought. . .

the official remote for android is open source, and works really well. The programming is already there. . .

You could probably branch it and put your gui/skin on top
