Not sure - Zotac Set-up (Noob)

Hey All,

Group 3.
Wouldn't buy Apple.
XP SP3 on an archaic laptop.
1tb iomega e go external hd

I've had a good read through and i'm sure this is a dumb question.

I really like the look of Zotac Zbox's.

Question is - I know I will need a ssd drive / ram. But then does an external hard drive then serve as a NAS?

:confused2:

uhm, if your asking if your ext. hdd can be connected to the ZBOX the answer is YES

And if going down the external drive route you can get an eSata caddy as most zboxes have eSata. This would be faster than usb for example.

Don't..... if your thinking it, so are at least 10 other people... They now know the answer, only because you asked the question.

There are some (not me) very knowledgeable people here that offer advice which will save you both money and time
