Orphaned patches in trac
#1
hey @ all,

just wondering what happens to the patches that are attached to trac tickets that have been submitted before changing to GIT?

I saw some cool improvements and wondered if there is taken care of?
Maybe we could rebase this on master and submit a PR?

Would this be the right direction?

cheers,
mad-max

Nothing will happen until we are through that never ending eden phase Wink.

No doubt that we have to do alot of review work after that for reducing that pull request stack which is more and more growing.

But github with its pull requests is the future plattform for doing such things because its much nicer for dev communication then trac tickets with attached patches. Trac is good for bugtracking - for patches github is better.
