My current setup:
HTPC: Intel i3-2100 Sandy Bridge. XBMC Pre-Eden beta 2 DSPLayer (january 20).
OS: WHS 2011.
Receiver: Yamaha RX-V2067.
TV: Samsung PS51D8005.
Projector: Epson TW3200
HTPC ---> HDMI out ----> RX-V2067 Receiver -----> HDMI out 1 -----> Samsung TV ----> 2
I have 2 weird problem I can't figure out.
1. First when I enable auto refresh rate and launch a movie the indicator on my Yamaha reciever just flickers repeately and I just get black screen. When I disable this one it works, but then some movies doesn't play smoothly because of the missing auto refresh rate.
How can I avoid this weard behaviour?
2. When I switch to HDMI output 2 on my receiver to connect to my projector in XBMC it switches over, but when I power off my Receiver the Samsung TV shows a weird resolution. The picture gets much larger, so I can only see a bit of it. I can restart XBMC and then it's fine until next time I switch the Receiver on/off.
The only way I got it sorted was to copy an old guisettings xml and replace it in the userdata folder, but then I will have to do it each time I switch HDMI output.
Can someone please help!!
