Im trying to export my video library and on 2 different machines and 2 different versions of XBMC and I cannot get it to export the missing nfos. I looked through the debug logs and I'm not seeing anything. I did a quick a search and didn't find anyone with the same problem.

My presumption is that you're going into Settings>Videos>Library>Export Video Library then picking 'as separate files' and follow along your choices?

If this is correct... and your media is on the local drive (if your share is not local, then the issue would be networking with it) it should write out. Failing this I suggest you post a proper debug.. http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=42708
