Foxconn NTA350-0H0W-B-A-NA AMD Hudson D1 1 x 204Pin AMD Radeon HD 6310 Black Mini / Booksize Barebone System

CORSAIR 4GB 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 Laptop Memory Model CMSO4GX3M1A1333C9 (memory from Foxconn's compatibility list)

Planning on doing the OpenELEC+XBMC USB bootable drive thing, also have a small 20Gb 2.5" SATA hard drive laying around I can install in it if it makes a difference. We plan to use the XBMC Wifi remote on our Android handsets, worked great before. Going to bolt the Foxconn unit to the back of the 55" HDTV using the VESA mount.

After trying the Popbox 3D (horribly slow and clunky GUI), and an ATV2 which won't support playback of 90% of my collection, I decided it's time to go full on PC for my new XBMC client.

Open to suggestions before I click "BUY".

Thanks, yeah, that's what I originally had planned to do, but I much prefer the tiny "router" size and the ability to easily mount it to the back of the HDTV using the VESA mount.

After reading some of the reviews about a shoddy case and loud fan and realizing that that unit is 11"x11"x4" and weighs 10 lbs plus the red turns me off; it would be like a small desktop case sitting on my entertainment center which is what I want to avoid.

The NTA350 is 7.5"x5.5"x1" and weighs 1 lb and will be unseen and unheard. I felt it was worth the extra $50.

Ordered it last night late, hope to have OpenelecXBMC running Wed evening.
