I am having some dificulties to share my mac mini to my server win 2008 rc2, the mini runs lion 10.7.3 , i did everything possible but nothing worked out, also to configure NFS on win system is hard...
is there any simple easy way to share so xbmc can see the share folder and load it content ??

I assume you meant that you want to access your media, shared in Windows 2008R2 from your Mac? If so, all you need to do is:

1) Make sure your drive(s) or folder(s) is/are shared under Windows.
2) Add source, select Add Network Location, and create an SMB connection to your Windows server.
