I asked on irc and they were unable to help so trying my luck here.
When I try to scrape the tvshow 24 \24\24.s00e02.mkv without an adv set file it just doesn't add Special 2 for me but for cptspiff on irc it did and he did it the same way.
Fritch on irc were also able to add them:
[16:47] <fritsch> SoWErA: what can I say - it just works
[16:48] <fritsch> SoWErA: mkdir -p series\24 && touch series\24\24.s00e02.mkv
[16:48] <fritsch> SoWErA: was added as Sx02 Prequel to Season 5
My debug: http://pastebin.com/ysNCzdWr expires in 23hours I can up new if you don't check it for that time.
