Which Case?
#1
I recently posted here for advice on a new build. I had some helpful answers and someone directed me towards:

http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=114890

This system suits my needs pretty much perfectly however I am told the guide is slightly out of date, and i've found some of the parts are not available in the UK.

Could anyone please advise me as to :

a) A trustworthy UK retailer who can supply the Case, or an alternative Case
b) A trustworthy UK retailer who can supply the PSU, or an alternative PSU
c) Any alternative parts which may be better and more up to date

I'm basically looking for something powerful enough to play games but still within the realms of HTPC. i.e I can fit it in my TV Cabinet and it doesn't cost a forune in energy bills. This one seems spot on.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I will continue to investigate for myself in the meantime

Since the Silverstone is out of stock, this Micro ATX case should work- Compucase 7KJC Slim. It's available at a very reliable Amazon too, and you can find the complete info on the case here- 7K Series. It's hard to beat with £49.95 price tag, and PSU is included! Smile

I refused to watch movie without bitstreaming HD audio!
