XBMC car pc
#1
Ok this is the situation, i'm working on a car pc i've planned so far to use a laptop and run it on XBMC only for music, so the startup menu is in music, but i should be able to back to main menu.

Everytime i'm home and connected to my home WLAN(should be automatic) it should sync all the music from some folder from my pc to the XBMC pc in the car.

i'm going to make the XBMC pc to a virtual hotspot so i can use my android phone as a remote control to change songs n so on(so no keyboard/mouse is going to be in the car).

any suggestions or tips or guides that you guys can send me towards?
thanks in advance, michael.

forgot to say that it runs on XBMC live version(ubuntu)

Sounds terrific... love to see images/pix of the final installation.

I'm wondering what sort of interface 'tablet touch screen?' size of the fonts.. connect-ability, powered on mode...
or wake on connection... is this going to be better than one can buy? It sounds like a pioneering experience.
