if you install the crystal hd card you will remove the wifi card you might check the crystalbuntu forum on using a wifi dongle.

If you leave the original wifi card in, Crystalbuntu has drivers for it. The Wifi configuration utility isn't finished yet, but search that forum that Hudson linked to you and you'll probably find the command line instructions for setting it up.

Has the WiFi configuration utility been finished for Crystalbuntu? Can't seem to find a definitive answer and would rather not mess around with command line.

Not sure yet. Crystalbuntu 2 is in testing now. I believe OpenELEC (wiki) has wifi GUI configuration options for ATV1.

You will need to ask this question with details of the exact specific usb WIFI model you are using over on the OSMC / Crystalbuntu forum to get support for this dongle..

Someone is very likely to have setup your model already.

Yomamma: look here http://forum.osmc.tv/showthread.php?tid=16576

The dongle I used only connects at 150mbs@2,4ghz, but its still plenty for full hd rips. Expect an effective rate of 4-5MBs. (Or 32-40mbs).
