Okay, so I just got Kodi on my Xbox one and I got Rom Collection Browser (RCB) and I was wondering how to get roms from my computer to my Xbox to play them.

Microsoft don't allow emulators on the Xbox, so it may well not work anyway at the next stage.
You need to have some device in your network that can create an NFS share (use Google to look that up, didn't what devices you have on your network) and if you can do that then put your roms in the share and set it as a source using the file manager in Kodi. You can then copy them across from the share onto the Xbox.
