I use the latest version of XBMC (Eden) and I have video lags But when I active the debug mode, everything is perfect Do you have an idea about this strange phenomenon ?

Can you post a logs showing the lag with debugging turned off, and one without lag after debugging is on? Post them on pastebin and link here.

Is it possible to active the debug mode without display text on the screen (to can view temporarily a movie without lags) ?

Not that I am aware of, unless you use the advanced setting method and use log level 1.
