I'm running a script when I hit some keys to control my AMP in the keyboard I set the <f8> key to XBMC.executescript which doesn't seem to work any more (after the upgrade to eden) when I look in the debug log all i see now is debug key f8 press action is and nothing seems to happen anyone have any ideas ?

I think what you want is either RunScript() or RunPlugin()
