It is possible to remove OpenBox and login windows?
#1
Hi,

I am using a keyboard/remote, without mouse,

Before it was easier to go back in console, I just had to exit XBMC and voila... Now I need to use a mouse and it's annoying because I don't want a to use that, Yeah I can also use TAB... and use the small low resolution terminal windows... but I prefer the old "exit to full console screen".

Any way to remove or disable the XKDE login screen?

CTRL-ALT-F1 will open a terminal session (TTY1).
Log in with username then password. Do what you need to do there, then type "exit" to end the session.
To return to XBMC: CTRL-ALT-F7

I was under the impression it was Ctrl + Alt + T, which produced an error for me. I will have to give this a try.
