Just getting to know xbmc. What a fantastic solution. Trying to be a bit proactive here, so my question is for future reference.
I have an 8tb server running server 2008, and three PC's in which I will be connecting to using SQL server. It is working so far; I only have on PC setup right now.
But the thought occurred to me...once I get all 700 of my movies scraped and everything configured, will I have to redo any of this once I upgrade my server? I am running a bit low on storage space, so it will be within the year that I will upgrade the RAID array to larger drives.
Is there anything that I should expect that will pose a challenge or concern regarding the upgrade? Server 08 and the SQL server are set up on a primary hard drive independent of the array.
