hi all guys !!

I'm new on this forum and i'm italian, so i'm sorry for my poor english

i've a problem with the release of xbmc 11 .

the program install correctly, but when i add the emule download folder in video , music, or anyelse and enter in the folder, the program work for a long time and then crash !!

but this happen only with this folder !! In this folder i've some zipped files and rar files, and when i read the log, i've noticed a lot of errors related to these zip and rar files ! here is an example :

all the multimedia in this directory are unredeable, or if starts, randomly crash and the program exit . . . in other folders everythings work correcly !!

with XBMC 10.1 , everything works good ! I use a portable installation .

I guess there are some incomplete downloaded archives in that directory. XBMC tries to unpack them virtually to show their content.

so the solution is to delete the .rar and .zip files is possible to change a setting to avoid this operation ??

First of all: Is it like I guess? Are there definitely incomplete archives?

I would suggest only having movie files in movie-content-set' folders.

The archives aren't incomplete . . . if i open them with winrar i don't receive errors !!

Like I said - I suggest having clean folders containing movies - but only movies. Separate clean folder for music and so on.

Would make life for you and xbmc easier
