With the availability of a tethered Jailbreak on any AppleTV device now, does the solution to get Eden working on an ATV2 running iOS5.1 apply as well for a jailbroken ATV3?

The ATV3 hasn't been jailbroken yet. The newest tethered jailbreak for iOS 5.0 is ONLY for the Apple TV 2.

Yeah ... but in theory XBMC will run on ATV3 as soon as its jailbroken. But don't take it as a fact.
