Realtime Transcoding on XBMCbuntu
#1
Does anyone know if it is possible to integrate a realtime transcoder, like PS3 media server/MENCODER into XBMCbuntu, ideally utilising VDPAU?

I have a couple of XBox 360's dotted around the house and would love to be able to stream all my movies, including MKV's to them.

Try serviio, it works well serving media to my ps3.
I'm not sure how xbmcbuntu works and how to launch it on startup but it shouldn't be too hard to have it start on boot.

Don't think there are any encoders out there that use VDPAU.
Code:
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON `xbmc_%`.* TO 'xbmc'@'%';
IF you have a mysql problem, find one of the 4 dozen threads already open.

I'm pretty sure there isn't, I got into an argument with a friend a while back saying there was. I was proven wrong lol
