Maybe contact them and inform them of the update?

Frys,this elontronics store has even started mentioning XMBC in some of there product adds.Especially for cloud storage products like Qnap.They should update add to say Kodi formerly Xmbc.

Very big. They sell a lot of cool stuff.

What's funny about QNAP using "XBMC" is that they had a newer Kodi port running last February when they were at the Southern California Linux Expo. They seemed like nice guys.

It seems that engadget has got onto Kodi's trademark enforcement to stop dodgy businesses selling
pirate TV boxes and tarnishing the Kodi brand:
