Will this build work as a good client?

Just another of the many requests to confirm I am buying the right gear. I stole most of my info from Eskro and Bluray in building this.

Let me give you a little bit of background on what I already have. I came to the forums with an XBMC already set up on a Win 7 machine that I am using like a server. While I run XBMC on it, I have Sickbeard, Sabnzbd, HDHomerun, and Playon running in the background. The server is running on an Intel H67 motherboard with an Sandybridge 2100t processor with 4GB of value ram. It also has 4 TB of storage that XBMC displays perfectly in the living room for me. Noise has never been an issue because it is hidden in an A/V closet away from the TV. Sometimes I have to reboot the box because it gets slow...haven't figured out why yet.

Now I want to build a client for my man cave. Again, it will be in a closet away from the room so I don't care about noise...but I want to make sure it will be able to access my Win 7 box with XBMC on it already so that it can access all of the same files on that 4TB of storage (to include access to Playon too). Since this is my man cave it has to be very responsive but I'm also trying to do it cheap. Will this work? If not, what do I need to beef up? Or where can I cut corners?
