Hi,

Am using latest v11 and added a new TV Show folder. The show information is retrieved but the episode information wouldn't get loaded. Logs as follows:-

Any pointers to help me solve this will be appreciated. BTW, it seem to only happen for TV Shows(using thetvdb scraper).

Remove the [HD] part.

Tried removing and [HD] and rescan for new content but still no luck. I've been using this naming convention since XBMC v8 and never encountered this issue.

There's this error in the logs "ERROR: PCRE: Match limit reached" is there something I can do to fix this?

Just had another look at the debug logs, after the error in my above post. The scraper got back a list in the episode guide but the epnum tag for the corresponding episode are always empty:-

Is this an error with the scraper or www.thetvdb.com? Checking directly on the website displays the correct season & episode information.

I think thetvdb had some issue the other day that might have been related to this. I haven't been online much in the last three days, so I'm not entirely sure.

I just realised something in the settings yesterday, for the source directories that were used by thetvdb all the folders in the source path had directory level settings which I had not set(Use DVD Order, Folder only contain 1 Show). I am very sure I didn't set those, as it took me alot of clicking to reset each foler to default thetvdb settings. Once it was back to default, they scrapped the information from thetvdb without issues.

Not sure why or how each of the TV Show directory had gotten those settings but once those settings are set to default its working as usual again.
