I have a problem with using my remote control to control volume on a ASRock ION 3D PC when I am running a TV Show/Movie. I can change the volume fine when I am in the menues but when playing videos it seems to stop working.

Any ideas?

Are you using passthrough audio?

Ah, thanks. I it is DTS TV series that it does not work on and therefore run on pass through.
