Hello,

I have installed xbmc 11.0 "eden" on my win 7 desktop com. Now i want to use my htc desire android
with the xbmc remote app.
Seems like a good combination but i can't get the connection to work.

I have set the ports and ip adres the same forwarded them in my router and still it wont connect.
When i try to cennect the remote app it says " Socket Timeout Make sure XBMC webserver is running and XBMC is running"
and the webserver is running and xbmc aswell.

I have tried everything but can't get it to work.
also the firewall is off, so it can't be that.

does anybody know where i can find the log of the xbmc remote app
Or is this enough info to solve the problem

I hope someone can help me fix this problem, friends of mine are using xbmc and it is great
so more the bummer i cant use it
