Solved Transparency - CoverFlow view
#1
Hi guys
I hope that some one can help me out on this one.

In the Transpacenry > Music > Coverflow view there is a bug in my opinion.
When you chose an artist with only 1 album, that album will be shown multiple times. See screenshot:

Is there any way to fix this, so that no albums will be duplicated in the coverflow view?

Edit:
You can edit wraplist to fixed list in the respective cowerflow view.

UPDATE:

I tried to follow butchabay's advice and change to wraplist.

AppData\Roaming\XBMC\addons\skin.transparency\720p\View-CoverFlow.xml <-- opened this file and changed "wraplist" to "fixedlist" This can be done both for the Movie section and the Music section in the View-CoverFlow.xml document.
- This didn't work though. The Coverflow view was still a "wraplist" showing duplicated items.

But it tried the same thing on the icons view (View-Icons.xml) which is almost as nice as the coverflow view (If you turn off the annoying "open cover" animation in the appearance menu that is!) With the icons view, it worked!
So I use the icons view for my music now.

Still wondering why this isn't working in the coverflow view?

the coverflow view is coded entirely outside of the wraplist container.
it doesn't matter what you change it to, it won't make a single difference.

Hi ronie

Oh that's why. Well thanks for clearing that up!
It's a shame in my opinion though! Smile
