Hi All,

I'm new to ATV2 and XBMC, currently facing two issues and hope can get some helps from here:

1) First issue which I believe a lot of us faced this before.....when entering XBMC, it just restated back to ATV2 main menu (only 2~3 seconds). I know this has been discussed in a lot of occasions already. I tried to google and try a few suggestions like not connected to internet, clearing caches but it was not working.

I know there are a few more extreme method but I don't dare to try it yet.

What I need from you guys are to guide me to a right site to post this problem and search for solution.

2) Second issue is a bit weird and it started only today.....when I move the pointer using the remote control in ATV2 main menu (left and right button), it'll move in two icons. For example, when I press left or right, instead of moving to next icon (either left or right), it moves to the next next icon. It happens when I press Up or Down too.

I appreciate if anyone can give me some light on the above issues.

Btw, I'm using the latest XBMC Eden 11 and ATV2 IOS5 Jailbreak.

Below is some of the log files (can't use paste bin, site seems down):

Syslog : http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=2339

XBMC Log : http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=2340

Crashreporter (not sure about this, is a "LowMemory-2012-05-08-005620.plist" file) : http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=2341
Crashreporter (and "AppleTV_2012-05-08-005239_Apple-TV.plist") : http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=2342

Thanks a lot :-)

did you install the special XBMC build for ATV iOS seen here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=127369

You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around common XBMC words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Video library]] = Video library, [[SMB]] = SMB , [[userdata]] = userdata, etc
