TVOut isn't added yet (I think it's finished but in the nightlies, which haven't started back up yet). Easiest way would to just install xbmc on the Apple TV.
Set Up
Raspberry Pi running Raspbmc - XBMC 12.2
40" Samsung ES6800 LED Smart 3D 1080P TV
Onkyo HTS3405 5.1 DD True HD and DTS-HD Surround Sound
ReadyNAS Duo with 4TB (2 x 2TB X-RAID) Western Digital Caviar Green using NFS

Nightlies for iDevices are back and have the TV Out code, which I think also enables better AirPlay mirroring support for XBMC as an iOS app (rather than generic mirroring that keeps the borders and iPad screen res).
Nightly install instructions are back in the stickies.

Im curious about TVout via HDMI on my iPhone 4S. I just read the news, and updated my ios to the latest nightly build. From what I am reading I will be able to output xbmc to my HDMI TV. What video resolution does the iPhone 4S output, 720 or 1080?
