I do apologise if this has been discussed before, but I reckon the answer might be different for various needs.
Basically, I have a Fusion system in a Travla C293 case. What I want to do now is power the system on from a remote. I need the IR receiver to be on an extension lead from the main chip which then connects to the motherboard's power headers as the system is mounted on the back of my TV. As such there'd be no line-of-sight if the IR receiver was on the actual case. It also needs to be available for purchase in Europe as I refuse to pay duty for importing stuff from the US.
Any ideas, folks?
