Library info update

With XBMC12.0 Frodo there are some new things added that will make it possible to update the current media without manual refreshing.

This script is still very early WIP.

WARNING: Use at your own risk!!

Minimal XBMC version:
XBMC12.0 alpha2
XBMC12.0 latest nightly

I just wanted to already share this script. Don't go asking for feature requests because i already have a long list of what i want to add!!

Download latest version

Current features:

Update ratings/votes from themoviedb.org
Update certifications from themoviedb.org (optional styles and country)
Update ratings/votes from IMDb
Update certifications from IMDb (optional styles and only US ratings)

Comming features:

Update ratings/certifications from moviemeter.nl
Update missing or refresh movie/tvshow info
Single movie/tvshow update
.......

There are some bugs however my internet died so can't upload the fix

This looks cool, currently using m4x1m Rating Update script for Eden but will give this a try on my test setup.

Using ISO for ratings results in everything (afaik) being "not rated". I would guess because the skin does not recognise that format? Using Aeon Nox. A little stat on how many were changed would also be nice Wink

We agreed using on a new format to make it easier in future to support more counry specific ratings

Should save skinners a lot of coding.

Will also add current one back in to keep a little backworths compatibility

Can't get this script to work. What are the prerequisites? Do you run this before/after you install the nightly build? What do you do to your userdata folder before you run this script? Where does this get the art from? Userdata or media sources? Very confused

Edit: It already does update the votes but the IMDB API appears to lag quite a way behind Undecided

It seems not to add "movie release date(premiere date)" to library info, right? hope it could be in the next process, it's all people wish in this year.

Will have to dig this one up to handle other issues as well when going from Eden -> Frodo
