I already tested the MP4 (H.264 720p) with internal video play and XBMC, the XBMC video quality a little bit poor than internal video player.
Have any method to keep same video quality as internal video player (iPad 3)?

There's some tweaks going on, and eventually the nightly build (wiki) for iOS should have iPad 3 playback just as good, if not better, than the native video player.
