I have ATV2 with XBMC 11.0 and the time displayed in XBMC is 5.14pm while the real time is 1.50pm!( the time is active)
Can anyone help direct me on how to correct this problem?

Go to System\Appearance\International and set the correct Region for where you're located.

Thank you for your suggestions but I think my problem is more than 'settings' I have the correct time zone. But you will notice that it is more than a time zone issue, currently the XBMC is showing5.26pm when the real time is 2.02pm. It is not a time zone thing as there appears to be 3 hours and 24 minutes difference!
Any help is appreciated.

Or, go into the AppleTV settings in frontrow and set the time.
