[DEAL] Foxconn A3700 for $150.00

I don't know if anyone's interested.. but this is on sale now :

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6856119070

I bought the older model (A3500) for the same price.. and it works flawlessly with Openelec.

Just add some cheap ram / ssd or sdcard and you got yourself a htpc.
Actually i don't know if A3500 is older model.. jsut a different model i guess.

Thank you for sharing janjong......it look very nice. It is good deal for a very sleek E450 box......

If I'm looking for a small HTPC, I would buy one without hesitation.....
>Alienware X51- do it all HTPC
>Simplify XBMC configurations
>HOW-TO Bitstreaming using XBMC
I refused to watch movie without bitstreaming HD audio!

7.48" x 5.31" x 0.98"

Wow, less than an inch tall. You could easily hide this behind your flatscreen TV.

I wonder how loud that tiny little fan gets.

GOD DAMN IT.

I just purchased the Foxconn nt-A3550-0H0WBANA for $149.99 just last week. Extremely similar specs but if it was the same price I would have rather gotten this one for a tiny speed boost.

The E-450 in the first post is the latest AMD Hudson with better 1.65GHz CPU and HD6320 iGPU.......

It's also available at the same price from Amazon... not sure if it's on sale or their current price...

Will this setup be able to emulate dreamcast games? I was going to build an a8-3870 system, but I'm tempted to just grab this since it's about half the price.

Can anyone confirm that this will/won't handle heavier skins like MQ3 without a hiccup running OpenElec?

Thanks,

Owen

If anyone's still interested in this.. Newegg got this deal now

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6856119050

$194.99

You get free 60GB Agility SSD, but it looks like there is $10 rebate for OCZ SSD Drives, so AR, it would be $184.99. If you were planning to get a SSD with it, this is a good deal.

Also you maybe able to use this $10 off $100 newegg coupon that has been coming out everyday. I think code 'FB1MTHANKS7' will work tomorrow, so if you get that to work, this will be $174.99. Not a bad deal.
