I am using MCEREMOTE addon to map my RC6 remote. I want to be able to use the volume up and down button to control the Windows 7 system volume rather than the XBMC internal level.

Under Settings, System, Audio Output I have set the "Audio Output Device" to DIRECTSOUND: SPEAKERS - SPEAKERS (REALTEK HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO I only have a headphone connected at the back of my PC.

I also want to be able to see a level meter OSD displayed within XBMC for the systems volume.

Is this possible to achieve?
