[XBMCbuntu] Is wake on USB supported?
#1
Question
Hi guys,

I have recently switched to XBMCbuntu, before that I was on openelec.

On opnelec I had no problem waking up my system from standby with my flirc and remote.

Before I installed XBMCbuntu i rested my BIOS to default.
Now I know that it is probably BIOS setting problem but what ever I do I can not
wake my system using keyboard or flirc+remote.

So in short I would like to know that xbmcbuntu supports wake from USB?

I am tottaly new to linux so if something needs to be dun to enable this pls
just give me some link that I can follow.

Thank you

Xbmcbuntu does support wake from USB. Try this post, but beware that the conversion to the new forums has messed up the formatting of the post (underlines and bold)

EDIT: These instructions are for a minimal ubuntu install so YMMV...
