Win No video playback on show
#1
Edit: SOLVED

So I've searched around for quite awhile with no results, so here I am. I'm having a problem getting any video from an anime episode of Yu Yu Hakusho, the audio plays just fine, as does the subtitles, but there's no videos on any of the episodes I have, yet every other anime works just fine.

I'm Using XBMC 12 Frodo a2
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120503-2030)
Intel® Core™ i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
16384MB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
Just a onboard sound device, Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)

Here's the mediainfo for the file

The debug log is too large though for pastebin (739 KB), I do not know how much of the log is relevant to my problem, but here is at least the last line that it keeps on repeating during the video.
Code:
16:38:07 T:4924 WARNING: DXVA - colorspace not supported by processor, skipping frame
16:38:07 T:6416   DEBUG: Error: Requested setting (pvrplayback.signalquality) was not found.  It must be case-sensitive

Please help, I've no idea what to do here, I want to watch it through XBMC, but it doesn't work; though it works flawlessly in VLC. While it doesn't play in Frodo, in Eden 11 RC it worked just fine. It was blocky and distorted as hell in color, but it still played at the very least.

It's Hi10P, which you'll need to play in a Frodo alpha. It's probably trying to use the hardware decoder instead of the software decoder, so for the time being you can manually turn off hardware decoding by going to Settings/Videos/Playback (wiki) and turning off the "Hardware acceleration" option(s).

Dude, what? It was seriously that simple? Well, changing it from DVXA -> Software encoding, and turning off hardware acceleration fixed the problem. Thank you so much for your response! Currently kicking myself. Sad Is there no thanks button on this forum or anything like that Oh well.
